3. Services, quotations and trading conditions

Descriptions of services on this site are indicative. Any logistics services we perform are governed by the written quotation, service agreement or standard trading conditions agreed between GOOA and the customer, which take precedence over anything stated here.

Quotations are subject to cargo details, availability, carrier acceptance, route conditions, applicable regulations and the validity period stated in the quotation. Service coverage, including regional road coverage, is subject to route, cargo, border and equipment requirements. Dangerous Goods movements are subject to applicable IATA DGR and other regulations, carrier acceptance and required documentation.

4. Enquiries and tracking

Submitting an enquiry, quotation request or tracking reference through this site does not create a contract or a booking. A booking exists only once confirmed by GOOA in writing. Tracking information is provided as an operational convenience and may depend on data supplied by carriers, handling agents and other third parties.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Do not introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or availability of the site.
• Do not copy, scrape or reproduce site content on a systematic basis without our written permission.

The GOOA name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use; other use requires our written permission.
